Against the lowliest ooze or the most terrible dragon, Harm is incapable of killing something.What about the Smiting weapon type? A crit on a construct and its lights out with no save, regardless. How about vorpal? Anyone toss that out or grant a saving throw? What about the various Power Words? Forcecage? Imprisonment? Are all of these to be altered then? All of these are just as effective as Harm, not to mention that they have a range greater than touch.</blockquote>
