Message: <blockquote data-quote="Richards" data-source="post: 2078647" data-attributes="member: 508">When my sons were two and three, they used to sit on this padded toy chest that held their Duplo blocks and pretend like it was a car.  My oldest, Stuart, was in the "front" pretending to drive by holding an invisible steering wheel.  My youngest, Logan, got tired of being the passenger and told Stuart he wanted to drive for awhile.  Stuart refused.So, Logan thought about for a moment, then grabbed the pretend steering wheel out of Stuart's hand and started pretend-driving from his side of the pretend car.  Stuart tried to grab the pretend steering wheel back from him, but Logan jumped down out of the pretend car and ran away.  Stuart then proceeded to chase Logan throughout the house, trying to grab back the invisible steering wheel that Logan had "stolen" from him.My wife and I were both doubled up with laughter from that one.Sometime later, we picked up a pair of Little Tikes coupe cars for them, so they could each have a "real" pretend car to drive around in the back yard.  They preceded to turn them upside down, sit on their roof interiors, and use them as pretend helicopters.Stuart also had a Fisher Price plastic push lawn mower and would "mow" one side of the lawn while I did the other with the real mower.  Everybody in the neighborhood thought it was so cute.  What was even funnier was when he would get mad at me for mowing the side he had already done.Hard to believe those two are 20 and 19 already, and both in college!Johnathan</blockquote>
