(What the heck have I been reading lately...? Talk about stilted.) The odd thing is that my own tastes lean toward lower magic settings, but blanket statements bother me. I like the PCs to need to think things through before commiting themselves to action, and for them to have (somewhat) limited resources. On the other hand, most of the longer running campaigns that I have seen locally lean towards high magic, so I have to admit to the success of the style.The Auld Grump</blockquote>
