If you have a high Charisma and take all 5 levels, you can actually gain access to many of the spellcasting PrCs (although this may not do you any good, since there isn't anywhere to advance in spellcasting ability, unless your DM agrees to work out a spell list and spell progression with you). You also get a good Will save as well as the Reflex save. Not to mention, of course, gaining access to one of the most extensive networks of spies in Faerun.The biggest drawback is the high number of required skills (PLUS two feats). It's extremely unlikely to see any character take this class unless they have a level or 2 of rogue or bard. But if you have a good Charisma, it's definitely a PrC worth considering.Edit - And Tymora's Smile at 3rd level is really nice. Add +2 to a saving throw even AFTER you've rolled the die! That will come in really handy at high levels against the save-or-die spells.</blockquote>
