Occupation is the easy part. You say "I'm a ______". After that all you really need is proficiency with thieves tools to back it up - wich you have just because you're a rogue. But even that's optional as 5e doesn't forbid you from trying a skill if you aren't proficient. If you are, you just enjoy a higher bonus. I'd pick your thieves tools as one of your expertise slots. As for the luring, & breaking of spirits? That occurs two ways. 1) Backstory - those who know you might well know your reputation.... 2) During play. You'll probably want to be proficient in both persuasion & intimidation. Use your your 2nd expertise slot either persuasion or intimidate - whichever you want the higher bonus to (I'd pick persuasion myself). After that it all depends upon actual play. I'd plan her as an Arcane Trickster. So stat wise I'd prioritize Dex (defense, most uses of thieves tools, and offense if using dex/versatile weapons), Intelligence (casting stat) & Charisma (persuasion/intimidation). Then slightly above average strength. Fortunately 5e takes care of this for you. All you have to do is A) use weapons that align with your Str/Dex (whichever is higher), or B) Do useful things during combat. What those useful things are varies wildly. And if you can't think of anything useful? Then do entertaining things. But whatever you do, do something. Add to the scene that's developing. Don't just sit there not participating. Reading through the feats, wich ones sound like things that describe your character? Take those. It might also be the case that taking a feat isn't the answer. Sometimes an ability score increase fits the story more.
I even came up with a sort of visual concept for her :) https://www.heroforge.com/load_config=115982
Your mini looks nice.
