I'm new here...

I was referred to this site as a good place to get some good input regarding my artwork. Unfortunately I'm fairly computer illiterate and need some guidance:

I have some sample pictures scanned into my computer, but how do I post them onto this forum? I see the "insert picture" option at the top, but it comes up with a little screen written in computerese: "enter text to be formatted" (?)

ALL of my work is hand-drawn, but I do have a scanner to put them in "my pictures" on my computer.

I see that others are posting thumbnails, I just want to be able to do so as well.

Maybe if I scrolled down before posting that.... Ok, I'm getting off to a gooood start

OK, it looks like my maps are too large to attatch, someone please tell me how to make them smaller.

I'm going to try to attatch a couple of small sketches to see if it'll work...

BTW, I have done some of my floorplans on AutoCAD (such as the low-res castle I'm trying to attatch), unfortunately I don't own the program at the moment to do any new ones.
