If I like 4.0 and people want to play it then I will purchase the books. Your books are not going to self destruct. And I still find things online to support the 2E game I play.The only downside I have found playing an older edition is when new players come into the group who need books. It is why I still have several 2E players handbooks I can loan out and why I still have several 3.0 players books.My shadowrun group still plays 3E we do not at this time want to switch to 4E we photocopied some of the things a new player needed until he could find the book on ebay.</blockquote>
