Never noticed, always ignored, talked over and interrupted. Not hated, but simply not seen as there or impoartant. However a 3 is too low for even this. It's the worst there is, so it should be the person who is actively hated by all on pure instinct, and then near unable to ever change that and people ignore any attempt to do so or treat it as shockingly rude behaivoir.</blockquote>
