It's a fundamental of D&D: you have 6 scores. 1. There are 0 skills tied to Constitution. It's only function is: get this or be more likely to die early.2. Stronger people are brawny. In real life and our literature, stronger = hardier. Think Conan the Barbarian, the Mountain that Rides, or the Incredible Hulk.3. There's no harm in merging it with Strength. It's not tied to any class features or skills. The only feature affected would be caster Concentration saves, but what will happen is that casters will do what they always do: make it their 2nd or 3rd stat. There would need to be some mechanical toggling with the Default array/point buy and racial modifiers (do we simply make all CON boosts into STR boosts, even if this violates the +2 model?)So a few design issues if you want to go this way.</blockquote>
