Power Attack as is is a MUST HAVE feat for epic gaming.  If this feat existed, there's not a fighter alive that wouldn't take it first thing.  Now... is that a good thing or a bad thing?  I mean, a feat so useful that EVERYONE needs it, just to be competetive?  Sounds broken to me...</blockquote>
