Is there a feat that lets you use improvised weapons with no penalty to the attack roll? I thought there was, but might be thinking of the Steel-blooded Heroic Path from Midnight.
Isn't this a question with or without eliminating the penalty? Anyway, since damage is based on size of the object used, I don't see a huge problem with drawing a line. In most campaigns it's gonna be a style feat anyway.DarkKestral said:I know the Drunken Master PrC gives the ability, but I'm pretty sure it's a class ability and not a feat. It's actually surprisingly powerful in the right situations, and possibly worth more than a normal feat. The problem comes when you start messing around with 'reasonableness' in terms of what can be made into an improvised weapon. A bottle is probably always ok, but where do you draw the line?
Needless to say, I don't think it's viable.
