And all that's stopping these nefarious schemes in a group of plucky heroes armed with swords & wands. Along the way, they're going to encounter twists (OMG! the mayor's daughter learned of the raksasha, and was kidnapped by the goblins!) and turns (but the orcs ALSO learned of the raksasha and were coming to destroy it!) with backstory (the mayor was a former hero and the raksasha is extracting his revenge) red-herrings (what are the ghouls part? Nothing. They're just hungry.) and foreshadowing (Is the raksasha a sleeper cell in a larger infernal invasion?)The players might learn all this; they might not. They might stop the raksasha and they might die trying. Either way, it sure beats another 10' by 10' room with an orc & a pie in it, right?</blockquote>
