Linda and her husband Mike were well known in the Canadian motorcycle racing community, as they were long time marshals. In fact there likely isn't a pro or amateur racer, sponsor, or racing photographer in the last 30 years who wasn't on a first name basis with them. They've picked up hundreds of people after they crashed. Linda stood by her husband through his heart transplant. She saved the life of a friend, a motorsports journalist and race announcer, via live donation of a kidney. The world is much poorer for the loss.</blockquote>
