Character Creation Rules

These are the rules for character creation:

Character Creation

1. All characters start out at Level 1. If you have a Race that that has ECL + whatever, that is fine.

2. Roll 4d6, reroll 1s, drop the lowest.

3. Feats: You may hold 1 feat at a time, you may also use 1 Feat to buy 1 level (one time only)

4. Skills: When it comes to craft or Profession or you want a new type of skill, let me know and I will create it for you =)
a. 10 skills points to buy 1 Feat (1 feat per level and no saving skill points FOR a feat for 1/2 way through a level. this must BE done IMMEDIATLY upon reaching the level. It has to play into your character History and previous Roleplaying sessions and will still have to pay to get it trained).

5. Races: You may spend 1 Feat to purchase a bolded Race. Please see the Races sheet.

Thems a lot of gods, pardner!! :)

I like your version of the mirror plane, AB. might steal it.
Although it does give me flashbacks of the alternate univers episodes of Star Trek. :)

Having a god of thieves, trickery and shadows be CG seems a bit wierd. I could see a god of things like freedom and trickery being good, but of thievery and shadows being inherently good might be outta wack. Just an opinion though, not a law or anything. :)
Although your only other god with trickery is good aligned as well. Might be better to have one of them evil to offset the good trickery. (siblings who share the same talents and powers, but not their view on life?)

I would think that Fate would be neutral, wouldn't he/she/it?
It seems like like chaos or law either wouldn't make, everyone one and thing eventually meets their fate.

Hmm...i like the magical/tech fusion theme. I've always been a sucker for that sort of stuff, though. Magitek sounds more like a scientific term gone magical, rather than a magical term gone technical, if you get my meaning (it wasn't real clear, i think!). :)
Magi-craft sounds more like it may have evolved from a magical society that turned technological. But not a huge deal really. Xenocrystalanium is a mouthful as well. Maybe you could call it Xenium for short? Have you created any new magic/technology rules?

Where did the original new gods originate from? Since they just showed up with Morph and Ari, you could say that Morpheus and Arioche created them to war against the illithiads and they didn't survive the war becuase they weren't true gods, but divine agents created by Arioche and Morpheus. Just like they created the newer, er new gods. Maybe both Arioche and Morpheus were created within the realm of dreams by the desires and wishes of the human slaves who wished to be free. That would be ironic. It would also explain why Morpheus hangs in the plane of dreams so much. :)

Anyway, just a couple thoughts.

Well Magitech came from Magick and Technology. Its just a working title.

Well Morpheus is a True God because of his parents. Arioche was a 'family friend'. They were killed off because the Olde Gods were a bit more powerful and Morpeheus and Arioche won through deception and deceit. I do like the idea of Morpheus' origins and might use it. Morpheus is based off of me =)

Anyway, just a couple thoughts. [/B][/QUOTE]

I appreciate the feedback. Keep it coming!!
