From todays Power Cards article, we can see an encounter power for an unknown-until-now paragon path: The Cat Burglar. Note that this hasn't been confirmed to be in the game, but it's still got a lot of juicy tidbits.

Power: Cat Burglar's Gambit. It's a paragon path power, so a character can pick it at 11th level, when he or she becomes a cat burglar.

Martial, Weapon, Standard action . Dex vs AC, pretty standard stuff thus far.
Shift 3 squares before the attack: now this attack looks like it has a built-in Tumble, which is quite nice.

Hit: 3W + Dex. Not too shabby, probably to be expected from a paragon-tier encounter power.
Effect: Shift to any square adjacent to target. That's cool, let's you "tumble" into flank for the attack, and then wind up in a perhaps more defensible position afterwards.

Another gem are the damages listed: Regular, Crit, Regular + Sneak, Crit on a Sneak.
We know he's using a 1d8 weapon, and has the Backstabber feat to make his sneak dice d8s. Finally, his weapon has some property that deals an extra 2d6 on a crit, or 2d8 if he's got combat advantage. That last bit has me a little puzzled.

Hmm. Interestingly, this means that the 1[w] at-will/2[w] encounter/3[w] daily model that we've seen in the pregens doesn't hold up at paragon tier.
