I am trying to order a set of the cards AND the Hexographer/Dungeonographer combo, but it won't put them in the same cart to do a single order. Is that intentional?

It is a security side effect of the products not being on one website. But since shipping is only charged on the cards/dice, I believe there is no extra cost to you to do the orders (Hex/Dun vs. Dungeonmorph Cards/Dice) separately.
