Does anyone have Magic of Faerun handy? I'm working on something at work and unfrotunately left mine at home. I need to know the wording on the Instant Metamagic ability of the Incantatrix and what feats it can be used with. Does it say that only one feat can be used per useage? If it can be used 2/day can you use both on the same spell with different feats for each useage?

No, that is implied.

No, I would not allow that, since the ability does not specify that that would be possible.
