[IC]The sound of gunplay penetrated the panic that had immobilized Sam in his cell. He shook off his fear and crept to the now-open door of his cell. He couldn't remember anyone opening the door, but he decided to take advantage of it. His hospital gown was contstraining. "Damn, I wish I had my clothes," he said aloud. He took the gown off and wrapped it around his waist like a sarong. He crept into the hallway in the direction of the gunfire. He almost tripped over the body of an extraordinarily hairy creature. It was holding a rife. Sam picked up the rifle and crept forward further. He had never fired a gun before, but he figured under the circumstances that having one was better than not having one. He was a good fighter, but he wasn't bulletproof. Sam padded up the hallway toward the gunfire. He peered around a corner to see a group of people clad simliarly to himself (or not at all), being fired upon by a man dressed in black. As far as he knew, nobody had seen him. He crouched down and raised the gun to his shoulder. He had no idea who these other guys in hospital robes were, but he figured that they were on his side. The man in black, then, would be the bad guy. He took aim at man in black and fired.[/IC] [OC] Rolled sucky on my Hide roll, only a 5 (3 on the die, +2 for Dex) On my attack roll, 13 (15 on the die, +2 for Dex, -4 for using a nonproficient weapon) [/OC]
