[QUOTE="iamrpgdm, post: 2589587, member: 1703"] [IC] Zach wasn't sure if he was any better off in this place than the last. The place looked normal enough and he actually got to see people, but he was confined to an area the people here referred to as the "guest wing". If he was considered a guest, he wondered how much worse it would be for those who weren't. His constant requests to make some phone calls were denied and he's pretty sure the guards about weren't there just to keep people out. He was getting rather annoyed at having to repeat himself several times to different doctors of something or other. He hadn't had a good nights sleep since this whole thing started and at least the "doctors" gave him some pills to help with that or he'd be in pretty bad shape right about now. He had seen the others he arrived here with about in the hallways. They were no doubt going to their own series of tests or gruelling questionings. He was never able to speak with any of them, howver, as they always seemed to disappear behind doors just as he came out of another one. Finally, the testing and questioning relaxed somewhat and one of the doctors told him he had some free time and could go to the library if he wished. With the little info he was given on this "Hoffman Institute" he was at, he was doubtful that he'd find any more info on the place there, but perhaps he'd find a book or two on racing. His chances for making the top ten were definately shot now that he'd missed at least two cart races and would probably be missing a few more. The library was as he had expected. Lots of books, but nothing on racing. He browsed around looking at various books hoping to at least find something that sparked some interest. Picking up a book entitled, "The Rise and Fall of an Industrial Nation", Zach heard footsteps on the other side of the aisle and then a second set of footsteps not far behind and then someone said, "Excuse me."
