Invulnerable RPG allows players to make heroes of any power level, from street vigilantes to cosmic sentinels of justice.
Combat is fast but gritty; your hero will suffer specific forms of damage to specific body parts in your quest for justice. Actions are resolved by rolling 3d6 and adding Attribute and Talent Levels, and comparing to a Difficulty Number. Hyper-Attributes add bonus dice to this roll. Heroes can spend Determination Points to boost their rolls, which they regenerate by serving their Motivations. But Motivations can conflict, causing inner turmoil for the hero, and moral quandaries that heroes must work together to resolve. Invulnerable is about more than punching villains, it's about doing what's right, and how you decide the right thing to do.
Heroes purchase powers with Build Points from their Origin, and choose a free number of Power Enhancement based on their Awesomeness Level. The power system emphasizes character creation ease, by providing you with almost any power you'll ever need fully statted up already, and doesn't force you to choose between versatility and raw power. The game comes with a built-in setting, Earth-Omega, along with over a dozen pre-generated characters.
