IPR: Damaged item return/replacement

I know there's an IPR forum, but it seems quite small and I know Wulf and a bunch of people from there lurk here. I'm sorry if I should have posted it on your site.

When you ship books, do you have insurance? I noticed my Grim Tales book was beaten on all 4 corners pretty badly when I opened the box, although Slavelords looks absolutely pristine.

Is there a return/replacement policy in place to deal with damaged items?

Thanks!

Oh, I forgot to mention...I am SUPER impressed with the speed of delivery. I ordered my books at like 10pm on Thursday, and I didn't expect it to ship on Friday or the weekend, yet I arrive from work on monday and I see this box sitting in front of my door. I was darn excited to know that my stuff arrived THAT quick.

THANKS IPR!

Hey, jezter6,

I am really sorry to hear that the USPS abused your book. If you would like to return it, I will be happy to replace it free of charge. I have had only minor problems with the US Post up to now, so I hope your experience is the exception.

And thanks for the compliment on speed! That's one of the things we shoot for.

You guys are AWESOME!!!!

I work for one of the 'other' shipping companies, so I'll just use this to say how great UPS is instead of the USPS. :)

I will contact you when I get home from work and will ship out asap. Thanks again for being awesome. (Yeah, and in case I didn't mention it, you guys ship stuff FAST!)

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We will do whatever we can to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. Getting a damaged book is not acceptable and though it is often the case of poor handling by the shipping company, we have to take responsibility and bring you your order in pristine condition. The last thing we want is a customer that doesn't return to IPR, so please do not hesitate to contact us. We will take care of you! :D

Hey guys. I got my book on Saturday afternoon. JUST in time for XMAS present to myself. :)

I said it in another GT thread, but damn...this is the book I've always wanted.

Brennan, thanks for your hard work in making me a satisfied customer. I'm no picnic to deal with, and I work customer service, so I know how irritating it can be. You guys have done a great job, and I look forward to more IPR purchases in the future!
