A new issue of the Iridia fanzine has been inflicted upon the US Postal Service and iPods, too! July 3, 2006; Iridia No.14; Basic D&D This week's issue expands upon the goblin lair presented in Iridia 12. Specifically, I wanted to present a map detailing the outside of the lair, another of the village nearby and finally, a regional view. The village of Combe is briefly detailed with a map and a few NPC notes. There's even an adventure hook that might be detailed in a later issue. Iridia in .mp3 This week marks the debut of Iridia content in .mp3. The podcast is a combination of "live reading" as well as commentary. I'll be producing an .mp3 for each week's issue. I do ask, however, that you bear with me as I learn in the ins and outs of audio production. Goodness, I can barely scribble a few words on a page each week. ;) Iridia in .pdf I am proud of the Iridia zine, so I want to share it with as many people as possible. However, I understand that print distribution will only reach a limited audience. The retro-grouch in me realizes that I have to evolve. As a result, I am making older issues available in .pdf. Visit the "Issues" page at IridiaZine.net to download back issues. About Iridia The Iridia fanzine arrives in your mailbox as a welcome relief from utility bills and ridiculous credit card offers. Within the pages of Iridia you'll find material for current and out-of-print rpgs. I also share tips on building terrain, reviews, and other bits I think gamers will find useful. If you'd like a few copies, send me, Christian, an e-mail request at Christian@IridiaZine.net with a mailing address. Game on! Christian
