A new issue of the Iridia fanzine has been inflicted upon the US Postal Service and iPods, too!
July 10, 2006; Iridia No.15; D&D 3.5
The Freelands of Mirrym was the setting that linked many articles within the pages of my old Scrollworks zine. I've decided to resurrect that setting starting with this issue. To get things rolling, I introduce three NPCs that embody one of the themes of the Freelands, namely, the idea that everyone deserves a second chance. Wistrom, Gideon and Colin are three, low-level personalities suitable as followers of hirelings for any D&D 3.5 campaign.

My shrill, pubescent voice can be downloaded to personal .mp3 players across gamedom. The horror! The podcast is a combination of "live reading" as well as commentary. I'll be producing an .mp3 for each week's issue. I do ask, however, that you bear with me as I learn in the ins and outs of audio production. Goodness, I can barely scribble a few words on a page each week.

Iridia 14, as well as previous issues, are available for download in .pdf. Visit the "Issues" page at IridiaZine.net to download back issues.
About Iridia
The Iridia fanzine arrives in your mailbox as a welcome relief from utility bills and ridiculous credit card offers. Within the pages of Iridia you'll find material for current and out-of-print rpgs. I also share tips on building terrain, reviews, and other bits I think gamers will find useful. If you'd like a few copies, send me, Christian, an e-mail request at Christian@IridiaZine.net with a mailing address.
Game on!
