Haldane is a city that can be used in your Labyrinth Lord campaign. (Of course, it can also be used for other systems as well.) Haldane is governed by a gold dragon named Aurumvorax. The dragon does his best to keep all of the city's various factions in check, while keeping various threats to the citizens' welfare under control.
