D&D 3E/3.5 Iron Defender stats for 3.5e?

I just bought a bunch of new DDM set, Dungeons of Dread. There is a mini called Iron defender, which looks like a mechanical dog. I remember fighting this in DDO and as DDO is basically Eberron, I am wondering if some book contains 3.5e stats for this doggy. Do anybody know if some book or online article has it?

Yes, it is in the ECS book, pg 287. It's a type of homunculus.

Thank you guys. I overlooked that homunculus entry as I was expecting to see Iron Defender as an independent creature entry.

This is a rather old thread but today I happen to notice one thing. Iron Defender mini in Dungeons of Dread set is medium-sized. And Iron Defender in ECS is small-sized creature which never advances into medium-size. Hmm. What happened?

If I remember correctly, DoD is a 4E set, meaning the Iron Defender is Medium in 4E.

I always felt the iron defender should have been medium in the first place, the way wolves, riding dogs, etc are.
