She drops the razor-edged chip of ice into the barrel of her pistol and pivots on the spot, drawing a bead on the creature attacking Eyvind. Her pistol gives an arcane crack, and the bolt of frost grazes the creature, leaving a ice-crusted scar across it's waterlogged chest.Eyvind feels the bolt chill his cheek as it whistles past, and draws his shortbow again, dodging another opportunistic attack from his foe. His arrow flies truer this time, making a ghastly crack as it severes bonefrom watery flesh. The creatures slumps to the ground, and dissolves into a puddle of filthy water in mere moments.Whum-whum-whum - CRACK! as the gobber's sling propells a small lead slug into the skull of one of the creatures, even as it shambles forward. A moment later, it is struck down by a flashing jet of flame, and liquifies before it even hits the ground. The one next to it giaves a wordless moana as the fire licks over it.But they are relentless, and more are dragging temselves up from the drains below. Eyvind swings at one as it shambles past him, and it is a materful hit - the spiked knuckle-duster grip of his shortbow splatters the creature's skull into goo, and it's twitching body flows away between the cobbles stones (critical hit - pity it's against an undead target - for 5hp net).Then they are surging around him... his thick woolen coat protects him from the attacks of one of the creatures, but the other makes a deep cut in his belly... going pale, the hearty Kossite almost falls, but manages to remain standing (reduced to 0 hp, disabled).Meanwhile, Dark snorts derisivly as another of the beasts slashes at him, and misses by a mile.(OOC: I fiddled the Init order to make things easier for all of us. The map shows the beginning of round 4).</blockquote>
