Nice!

I heard that there is virtually NO rule (crunch) information in this book, so it is sort of a generic setting book in that regard.

Yummy 400+ pages of fluffy setting goodness!

That's especially good news where Privateer Press is concerned - their truly wonderful fluff is matched only by their inelegant and sometimes incomprehensible crunch. :p

Oh, Frabjous day, caloo calay!

I was hoping this would show in time for my new campaign, and it looks like I won't be disappointed ;)

No crunch! Blasphamey! if I wanted abook with no crunch I'd go to the library and get a couple fantasy novels bad move privateer press.

How much crunch was in the Greyhawk Gaz? I'm thinking this book will be more comparable to that.

It says World Guide, and the main idea is to detail the nations, cities and current political situation, with the gods/religions and factions etc... detailed in the Character Guide

I'll have to take a look at this one before I buy it. I've been using the goodies from Privateer's Character Guide and combining them with the Warcraft RPG setting rather well. I'm not sure I really need the world guide at this stage.

Guess warlord's not interested if there's no power-ups for his character. :uhoh:

yeah there is no crunch whatsoever. Whicg I think is good, as has been pointed out PP has somewhat suspicious crunch (usually underpowered). I think it's cool....too much crunch in d20 as iit is....
