Is anyone planning to go to Dragoncon?

I wasn't but I thought it might be interesting if folks were coming down this way it might be possible to meet up. A group of Enworlders in one place posting on the site could be kinda funny.

I have yet to decide, been to only a couple and that was a very long time ago.

I haven't been in a couple of years myself. I want to work on an alternate game day and maybe turn it into another Con.

Yep. Myself and two of my friends (that I do know of) are definitely going! Except for missing about 2 years, I've been every year since 1995.

One of the friends staffs with their guest transportation department and the other one is going so he can game his "eyeballs out"... Me, I staff with the author autographs area but can enjoy the nights free. And still manage to have fun and at times hook up with my staffer friend and go around taking pics of costumes.

The friend that got me going always gets on staff then complains about not having time to do anything but he wants in free. I've thought about working the con but I'm too lazy I'd rather walk 10 miles a day while I'm there.
