It could certainly prove as some kind of omen for the final results of the Night of Dissolution, play as a backdrop for that event if your PCs are too high level for that adventure, or even be some side effect of the appearance of the Vallis Moon on the anniversary of the actual event.</li> </ul></blockquote>
