Is the "Airy Water" spell still around? If not, is there an alternative?

No it isn't.
water breathing has competely assumed its mantle.
There was some old posts, about a year ago, IIRC, in which a discussion occured whether water breathing allows underwater spellcasting. Personally I would have preferred to see the airy water spell back.
