But, when talking about subjective qualities like "good faith", neither can you simply declare that it clearly isn't stepping over the line--perhaps it is (even though it's perfectly legal). Though i'm inclined to say it isn't, seeing as how WotC said, right from teh start, "sure, you can do that", and qualified it not with "...but we don't want you to" but rather "...but you'll fail".</blockquote>
