Is there a spell?

Is there a spell that allows the caster to "borrow" a feat from the target he casts on or something similar? I seem to recall seeing something like that but can't for the life of me remember where.

The spell Mirror Move does this. It was on wizards website once. It only allows to "copy" physical feats, tho.
