I belive it also violates the intent, if not the letter, of the Druid. They would not abuse animals in such a fashion, and I belive that this would also cause Animal Companions to abandon the Druid. Since the ability functions as the spell Animal Friendship, and the spell requires you to desire true friend ship, exploiting them would end the effect.It would make using posions a viable route, and having a couple of small vipers as companions to harvest said posion would not be a problem. A light golden helm, possibly meant for a woman, with coiling snakes wrapping about it, each with emerald eyes and ivory fangs. Upon comand, these snakes spring to life, and may be used in combat. Once per day it allows the user to cast Posion, as the spell.</blockquote>
