never mind, after reading the site i realized its a ripoff.

Its just a backround program (prolly a legal spam sniffer, email grabber), that simply cache's everything you download so when you go back to the page, everything loads faster.

Its a ripoff that can be managed with normal windows settings.

Interesting note that you may want to look into.

There is a software option that can actually do a good deal to increase 'actual' speed (still limited by the modem medium however). It mostly helps out handling latency issues.

My isp used to do that with it's cable service actually.

Anycase, what it amounted to was the ISP cache storing webpage access for the entire client base. It often wasn't a significant speed increase however, and I was never quite sure how the software checked for update of the original page.
