Just as a point, it's not a 119 DPR because you haven't figured in hit chance yet. DPR has a specific meaning. The normal figure we use to hit is 65%, but at 13th with 18 instead of 20 attack stat and no bonus to magic listed for damage (there are invocations for that), I'd go 55%. Which with GWM becomes 30%. I will add in crit chance, because that's important for triggering GWM's bonus attack. 25% hit * 53 + 5% * 71 = 16.8 expected damage per attack. Change of any hits or crits to deliver aasimar 1/turn damage: 1-70%^2=51%. 13*51%=6.63 Chance of any crit to get extra attack: 1-95%^2=9.75%. So expected damage from GWM bonus action attack attack is 9.75% * 16.8=1.638 DPR = 16.8*2 + 6.63 + 1.638 = 41.868 I don't feel like going through all the math again, but you probably do more damage without the -5/+10 from GWM, though since a miss doesn't count for a slot for smite, fewer+harder hits like you have here might be a reasonable resource usage strategy. Skipping GWM completely for a 20 STR gives you a better chance to hit and better damage though less single-hit damage. Also, taking some of the pact-blade-magic-weapon invocations would help both hit chance and damage, increasing your DPR no matter which way you go.
