Instead, you have your Action, Bonus action, Move Action, Reaction and your free actions. You can draw one weapon as PART of an attack action, use your free action to draw the second weapon, use your move action to get into melee, then as I mentioned before, use your attack action, then bonus action to attack twice, then if a goblin tries to run away without using their action to "disengage", you get to use a reaction for an attack of opportunity.

Also keep in mind if you want to get the dual wielder feat, I'm a very Rules As Written DM, so I'm happy to allow you to use a shield as your improvised second weapon, thereby granting AC bonus and a 1d4+Strength mod bludgeoning attack at -2 to hit for being improvised. Keep that in mind for yourself TGG. I can find plenty of ways to kill my players without worrying about their AC too much (though my aim is never to kill, just to create an exciting story where you THINK I'm going to kill you, though I'll kill you if that's the way the dice roll). I don't mind if you want to use RAW stretches in the rules.
[sblock=Trogdor]Hmmm, I notice the term "Full round action". Are you by chance new to 5e and have come straight from either 3.5 or Pathfinder? If so, as the others have said, in this addition there's no such thing really as a full round action now. I may use them against you all sometimes. Sorry, I just completely went off topic :). Never mind.[/sblock]
