But all in all, if you add more stuff to the stat block, that means there will be things the NPC doesn't get to use, so they don't help it anyway (and therefore don't make it anymore difficult).</p><p></p><p>My guess would be that if you were to recreate an NPC using PC rules, the CR would go up between 0 and 1 levels.</p><p></p><p>I think the solution to this will be much more clear in 6 weeks.</p></blockquote><p></p>
