It´s legal to take spell focus and great spell focus at 1st level?

I noted that the only prerequisites to greater spell focus feat is spell focus.

Can my human cleric take both feats at 1st level?

I don't see why not. You qualify for it by taking the Spell Focus feat.

Yes, you can do this

Not only can you do this, but a 1st level spellcaster with a +4 on his DCs would be SCARY against the foes he is likely to meet at that level. I say good thinking!
