Do not misconstrue this as our soliciting the input of raging primitives."As to your analogy of a car or house... at least in the case of a home, there are limits to what an investor can do. If I rent an apartment, the owner can't just walk in as they please. There are limits to what they can do with their property, and I as a tenant have a fairly large degree of control over what happens to the apartment.</blockquote>
