It goes on later to say:  So lets say for example I want to make a +2 longsword of Dancing. What level do I need to be and why? Which two caster level requirements is it referring to? 2) What are the spell prerequisites for making a Necklace of Power with a bead of Karma on it?3) If I summon 1d4+1 1st level monsters with Summon Monster III, do they all act simultaneously on the same initiative score after my full round casting is over?
