Item Pricing

I have no clue in all the 666 Layers of The Abyss where this should go so i'm putting it here. I'm having trouble figuring out the pricing of this item.

Longsword: +1, Unholy, Frost
On a critical hit, Vampiric Touch (6th level caster) is cast on the weilder's adversary.
This sword only functions as a masterwork longsword unless the weilder sacrifices 2 Constitution points.

It looks like a +2 ability. So the sword would be +3 to make. Thats about 16K gp I think.

It's also Unholy (+2) and Frost (+1). So if this is a +2 ability (and I really can't say whether it is, especially considering the Con loss), the sword would be +6 to make - which costs 72,000 gp + 315 gp for a masterwork longsword.

A total of +6 sounds right

The -2 on con does nothing, its not a limitation as such becouse it does not work on undeath or is a restriction that the player or NPC does not do to him self by wielding this. Its nice for a background but no real function. But should you want to give it a discount on the weapon I would say 4000 gp of the price (a +2 con item cost 4000 gp, and then in this case negative, in game term a -2 con is just at max -20 hp a -1 on fort saves and a -1 on some skills.).

I wouldn't give any discount for the Con sacrifice; they'll only need a Lesser Restoration or wait for a couple of days, unless they lose the Con on every critical or something like that.
