Item that gives wielder turn undead ability

I remember an item who gives wielder the turn undead ability, but I don't remember where I read about it (it was in a WOTC product). Anyone know what it is?

Sorry, that's NOT the case!

The nightstick gives someone with the ability to turn or rebuke undead four more uses/day.

It does NOT give someone the ability to turn or rebuke undead that does not possess it before grasping the nightstick.

The nightstick works in both directions -- turn and rebuke -- depending on whether the character normally turns or rebukes undead.

Isn't there an Amulet of Undead Turning? Defenders of the Faith maybe? Something like gaining the ability to turn or +4 levels if you already can?

1e and 2e, the Amulet of Undead Turning used to grant the bearer the ability to turn undead. IIRC, this is no longer the case.
