But I also point you back to my friend and ex-colleague Stephen Radney-Macfarland's post. Despite this cavalier attitude, WotC is a terrific place to work when you're there, and when they show you the door they generally do it with a supportive, even generous severance package. Small consolation, perhaps, but I've been treated worse--much worse--in other layoffs.</blockquote>
