I would also choose Sue, but I fail to see how it's not a level playing field? All parties have the same opportunity. If you're saying that the unpaid portion will not allow Sue to enter the internship and thus the company loses her ability that may be true. Sadly, in society that is the case for many, how many less fortunate individuals can't go to college b/c of financial reasons and thus are locked into a poverty cycle?</blockquote>
