Breathweapons: Cone of Cold/Cloud of Steam
Immune to electricity and cold
looks like a giant snake with a head at both ends, one head is the classic dragon head (cloud of steam breathweapon), while the other is that of a jaguar (cone of cold breathweapon)
It can use either breathweapon independantly from the other once every 1d4 rounds (I.e: It can breathe steam once every 1d4 rounds and cold once every 1d4 rounds.) or combine them to create a storm cloud, those in the stormcloud must make a fort save against the dragons breathweapon or start drowning. The stormcloud deals no real damage but it lasts for 1d4+ dragons age category rounds.

Btw, I still haven't been able to get my hands on dragon #302, but I'll keep on trying.
