Conga rats. You have done something must obsese people cant do. Which is to regain your normal weight. Mind you, though, that having a normal weight for your height doesnt mean having a healthy body. I used to weight 70kg and I am 6 feet tall. It is a good weight for my size, but I had lots of fat in my body, a nasty eating habit and a sedentary life. Just like an obese person can stop eating to lose weight, a skinny person can start eating a lot of crap and gain weight. What I recommend you to do is to search for a nutritionist so he can balance your diet according to your needs. If you try to do things yourself, you are risking it. Especially because you are also exercising. I ahve done that. Went to a nutritionist and joined the gym. Now I weight 80kg and have destroyed all my love handles. I am in the best shape of my life. And now that you have reached a normal weight AND are exercising, you wont have to suffer with your eating habits anymore. Trust me, go to a nutritionist, he will ask you what you like to eat, and create a balanced diet that you would enjoy eating. Heck, you dont ahve to keep starving, man. I eat 2500 callories every day! And from those 2500 calories, I eat less than 100g of fat. There is no way in hell I am getting my jelly belly back.
