Twas brillig, and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimbe in the wabe: All mimsy were the borogoves, And the mome raths outgrabe. "Beware the Jabberwock, my son! The jaws that bite, the claws that catch! Beware the Jubjub bird and shun The frumious Bandersnatch!" He took his vorpal sword in hand: Long time the manxome foe he sought So rested he by the Tumtum tree, And stood a while in though. And as in uffish thought he stood, The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame, Came whiffling through the tulgey wood, And burbled as it came! One, two! One, two! And through and through The vorpal blade went snicker-snack! He left it dead, and with it's head He went galumphing back. "And hast thou slain the Jabberwock? Come to my arms, my beamish boy! O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!" He chortled in his joy. Twas brillig, and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimble in the wabe: All mimsy were the borogoves, And the more raths outgrabe. Let's see... Father (Lvl 1 commoner) sends out his son, (a LVL 16 fighter {+16/+11/+6/+1}) to go kill the Jaberwock, and gives him a Vorpal Greatsword to get the job done. When he meets the Jabberwock, he wins the intiative roll and scores four hits, the last one a crit. Unnamed Dude with Huge Sword: 1 Jabberwock: 0 Can anyone help but notice that the Jabberwock is wearing a shirt? Perhaps he's just a misunderstood forest creature who only wants to live in peace and drink tea all day....with his bug eyes...huge claws...bat wings...and 4 big-ass teeth.....riiiiiiight.:D Hail the father of the vorpal enchantment: Lewis Carroll !!!!!!
