If you value one more attack per round that high, no race can stand against a dragnborn, who can sneak in a massive extra area attack in addition to his stadard action!But letssettle this argument down. It is more or less redundant, as i agree, that there could be an extra racial encounter which allows for a minor combat advantage.</blockquote>
