Japanese Style RPG's

I am looking for some RPG rules for a feudal Japanese type game in the vein of Seven Samurai, Yojimbo, the old Bushido RPG, etc.....

Any suggestions and/or reviews?

Legends of the Samurai

I second this suggestion. I have it, and it's really excellent. If it's to be in d20, IMO it's to be Legend of Samurai (BTW: it's available both in printed book and PDF). Then, you could add Oriental Adventures 3e to it if you want more classes and spell, but I suggest to begin with Legend of Samurai first...

And d20...

I second Sengoku if you're not tied to d20. The conversion to Action! is fairly straightforward and most of what you need is already converted for free on the Action! site.

It's the most complete RPG I've seen for the era/culture in any system.

If you're stuck on d20, then Legends of the Samurai can't be beat.

If you really want to rock the hits, get Sengoku for the fluff and use Legends or GT for the crunch (depending on whether you like d20 3.5 or d20 modern for your base system).

Legends of the Samurai looks exactly like what I want!

I played Bushido back in the day and I really wanted to run something similar.

I am new to these boards. Is the play by post area any good here? I my current gaming group is not too interested in a feudal Japanese game and I need somewhere to sate my Japanese role-play habit!
