And how many examples of Good aligned necromancers are out there? :) I always took the Jedi and Sith to be the two biggest "political" parties of the Force. And as such bipartisian systems go, they take their philisiophies to the extreme and claim that anyone who isn't following the party line with their fervor are imprefect practioners of their way. I suppose that some concepts that embody the Force Adapt class such as "Force Witches." While not wholy evil or good, seperate their practices and powers into two seperate catagories:the slow and sure path, and the quick and dangerous path. A FA who occasionaly uses the Dangerous path knows they will have to atone for what they did or that they may slip into a sprialing decline of violence and pain. From my impression, because you use negative emotions to access those powers. With a blaster or a lightsaber, you can use the device either in the heat of the moment or with disiplined training. Force powers, evidently don't work that way. But hey the rules in canon are pretty loose anyway. ... In the first three films, if Luke had been the one to slaughter a Sand People village, he would have become Sith on the spot. Anikin seems to do it and no one is the wiser -- yet.
